O?Connor & associates said they will charge nothing if they could not win. So, I was happy to take up their services three years ago and won to the tune of $700. After a couple unsuccessful attempts on my own, I?ve decided to go back to them. This year I plan to have them try again hoping that they could win for me as usual.
