Following the protest by O?Connor & Associates, my property?s final value was set lower by close to $50,000 compared to the initial assessment. Needless to say the tax reduction was more than satisfactory?.?I would refer them to any family, friends, or colleagues who are looking to reduce their property tax values.... more

Trust worthy.... 5/2/2012

As per the positive reviews I found during my research on City Search, I finally made an appointment with O'Connor & Associates to get my property tax reduction done. The professionals were so nice and very intelligent. The fee is very reasonable, considering what a thorough job they do. Getting your property taxes reduction done isn't exactly what I would consider a ''fun"" activity, however, he managed to make our session somewhat enjoyable. Would highly recommend O'Connor & Associates for tax reduction services - I know I will be returning next year for sure. more

Best Customer Service 4/25/2012

My meeting with my tax consultant went on without a hitch. It was quick and easy. Other people who were coming in seemed to be regulars who had their taxes done at this location many a time before. I thought I was late coming to this consultant. I felt better that I chose them this time and I will definitely use their services for the years to come. more

I am very satisfied with O'Connor and Associates and their team, my property taxes were reduced considerably. I was quite surprised at the amount of my tax reduction value. I would suggest O'Connor and associates for any one who is in need of professional tax reduction service consultant without any hesitation. Excellent Tax consultant in the city 4/4/2012

I have been living in the Houston for the past 5 years. Came to know about O?Connor and Associates from my neighbor. I am using their property tax reduction service for the past 3 years. Prior to contacting them, I was blindsided by what was involved in protesting property taxes here. The teams took all the pain out of the tax protest process. They have prepared my property tax assessments and given great advice. I highly recommend. No doubt I'll use their services this year too. more

No fee unless they save tax for us - That's great! Last year, i tried the services of Oconnor and Associates for the first time, That was a great job - They are very knowledgeable about the taxes and their process is so simple. I would definitely recommend Oconnor and Associates for those who are trying to get some savings in their property taxes. more

What first attracted me to O'Connor & Associates was that there was no upfront fee -- No fee unless they save tax for me. Everything else is quite simple too! And the savings last year was quite good as well. Close to 300 bucks, which I had never got in the years I tried protesting my own taxes. I'll go with them this year as well. more

Saved me $400 2/5/2012

This is a good company to work with. I first signed them up in 2009. They saved me over $400 that time. And they kept the process quite simple too. Also, I was really impressed with the comparables that they came up with. The next year I made up my mind to retain them for the long term. They have been getting me significant reductions since then. I am expecting for a good saving this year as well. Sure, the fee can seem a little high, but hey they save me a lot of time and headache which more than makes up for it! more

It is Nice Experience 1/30/2012

Yes, it is nice experience to work with Oconnor and Associates. They made the job easier for me. They sent me the tax comparison sheet. Only thing I did is: I just called and assigned my appeal to them and they did the rest. Fee may be a little high, but they saved me more dollars than I expected. Hopefully, this year also they will continue the good job. more

They are Consistent 1/22/2012

Oconnor and associates has done really great job in reducing the tax for my various properties in Texas. Honestly saying, every year atleast they lowered $100 for every property that I signed them up for. They are consistent in making the success. So I would give them four stars. more

Oconnor and Associates really does work for me!!! 1/16/2012

Thank you guys. Since 2008, I have signed with you, in these three years, they helped me to lower my property taxes. No doubt, they have good customer care and I could understand that they know what they are doing as they saved me $1500 in last three years. This has made me continue with them. Hats off to Oconnor!!! more

One of the best 1/9/2012

I have been appealing taxes through O?Connor & Associates for a few years now. The first time I got a letter from them was when I realized I had the option to protest my taxes. Their process is thorough but without hassles for me. I have been getting good savings. I have no complaints, only compliments. more
