Very impressed with quality techs and work preformed 1/3/2017

Service tech arrived. He interviewed the owner to learn about the problem. He then got to work including laying down plastic sheeting and putting on booties (even on the wheels of his equipment). Kept working on problem till it was solved, then tested the repair two times and re did part. This was not a good problem, but the tech made it less stressful and his confidence permeated the environment . We have used Pat's and will continue to use and recommend to our friends and others. more

satisfaction guaranteed! I had a leak in my main gas line coming into the house. Gas company shut off the gas. Brandon was out within an hour to survey the repair needs. Clayton then arrived Iand completed the repair in less than two hours. Gas was back on shortly there after. no mess and the price was great. hope I don't need to use them anytime soon but it's nice to know that they are available if I do. more

This company as a whole is beyond amazing!! Everyone from the receptionists to the owner, and everyone in between was incredible!! We had some major problems with a rental property, and we live out of town. They called us with enough time before the appointment for us to make the drive and arrive on time. They took the time to walk me through all the issues step by step to let me know what I could personally do to help the situation. When I needed them after hours they were right there to help me as well. Everything was repaired quickly, correctly, and very reasonably priced. I actually talked to the owner of the company himself multiple times through out the day and I felt like I was working with friends during this very stressful time which was amazing!! I could go on and on about how wonderful this company and it's employees are, and needless to say they have made a lifer out of me!!! I will never go anywhere else for plumbing or heating, and will recommend them to everyone I know! more

Had water line leak, also requested new freeze outside faucet to be replaced 12/7/2016

Job and service man did an excellent job. From my inexperience he seemed to have great knowledge and worked efficiently. On the bill which was OK it would sure be nice to see what the various charges were besides the total. From the bill I have NO IDEA what the faucet cost, what the other parts were etc etc. I know labor is a main expense, because you not only have the repair man you have office help, truck, warehouse etc. I have no idea what each cost except for what was told to me before the job started than only the faucet was XX $$ (total) leaving the rest of the total for the repair. My general feeling is the industry is ashamed of the prices they charge. The work was good, repair man good, and all that so I would most likely use your service again, but?? more

Knowledgeable but overpriced 12/7/2016

We bought a new home over a year ago and needed to have someone to show us how to use our water softener. The gentleman who showed up was very nice and knowledgeable, but all he did was push a button and told us how much salt to use and charged us $100. He said he wouldn't charge us the charge for coming out and would just charge a service charge to service our machine. However he didn't service anything. The time he spent here was mostly used to try to sell us on a new water softener. We've also called recently to get a quote on a new 40 gallon water heater. My husband told "Pat" that it would be a replacement for the one we have so we'd need a new one. He's the owner and couldn't give us a quote at all and said his guys keep all that information on their pads. Every other company could give at least a quote. We took our business elsewhere. more
