Review content:
Service tech arrived. He interviewed the owner to learn about the problem. He then got to work including laying down plastic sheeting and putting on booties (even on the wheels of his equipment). Kept working on problem till it was solved, then tested the repair two times and re did part.
This was not a good problem, but the tech made it less stressful and his confidence permeated the environment .
We have used Pat's and will continue to use and recommend to our friends and others.
