Job and service man did an excellent job. From my inexperience he seemed to have great knowledge and worked efficiently.
On the bill which was OK it would sure be nice to see what the various charges were besides the total. From the bill I have NO IDEA what the faucet cost, what the other parts were etc etc. I know labor is a main expense, because you not only have the repair man you have office help, truck, warehouse etc.
I have no idea what each cost except for what was told to me before the job started than only the faucet was XX $$ (total) leaving the rest of the total for the repair.
My general feeling is the industry is ashamed of the prices they charge.
The work was good, repair man good, and all that so I would most likely use your service again, but??
