Call them for service and they will try and drain your bank account dry or credit card dry for service costs! Run the other way- far, far away from them if you even think you may be compelled to call them for service! Should you decide to hire them, they will use inexperienced and incompetents to work (""troubleshoot"") your hvac issues, and each call/diagnosis will cost you hundreds of dollars until they are lucky enough to get it right. They will also tell you that your repair parts and labor are warrantee for 1 year. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!! When your repaired ""issues"" malfunction again, be it the next week, or next month, or yet even 6 months later, they will send another repairperson who will either call you and try and diagnosis the issue over the phone or one who will come onsite and diagnosis the same issue again and quote you a cost for a repair which you earlier paid them for less than a year ago. AT ALL COSTS, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS, PAPERWORK should you decide to risk using them. \r

They will also try and sell you a SERVICE AGREEMENT, or in their terms, an "" Extra Privilege Agreement"" which costs $189 a year which in their terms, ""WILL PROVIDE YOU FROM COSTLY REPAIRS AND LET YOU ENJOY PEACE OF MIND"". DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AND DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT FROM THEM! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY, ENDURE EXPENSIVE REPAIR COSTS AND HAVE NO PEACE OF MIND IF YOU DO!\r

Too late for me, because less than 6 months after I purchased the $189 for a year agreement, I realize that what I actually did was pay Parks Heating and Cooling $189 and give them license to rip me off for a year with expensive repair bills for which I have paid them for once already within the last year to repair issues with my HVAC. However, they want to charge again for the same repairs and act as if the less than one year old repairs have no warranty existing. \r

As far as the annual HVAC system check which the ""SERVICE AGREEMENT"" covers, take it from me-- after they performed my annual a/c maintenance which the agreement provides for, my system is now literally screwed when it had no problems before. They have incorrectly diagnosed a so called problem for which I paid them $150.00 (ALL DURING THE ANNUAL A/C CHECK), AND NOW MY A/C SYSTEM HAS A HUGE PROBLEM WHICH IT DID NOT HAVE BEFORE! \r

So you see, I paid the $189 for a service agreement which gave them license to come to my home under the guise of ""Providing peace of mind"" on equipment which was working fine-- so that they can charge me more money to fix problems which they are not fixing,,, and this is now leading to additional costs because they think the service man missed something during the annual a/c check -- I'm already out of $189.00 plus $150.00, and now have a malfunctioning a/c!\r

Also, when you have to call them and ask for a ""Call Back"" on their so called warranty work or service agreement maintenance work, don't expect them to return to help you-- at least not as quickly as they were eager to take your hard earned money!!! They will tell you that they have to take care of their other customers who are waiting on calls first and afterwards they will try and get to you. Why won't they tell you to expect this type of service BEFORE you pay for repairs, agreements, etc, under the guise of ""PEACE OF MIND"" should you have to call them back to correct their mistakes? The answer to this is plain and simple,--- they only want money-- your money, other customer's money, and they could care less about problems you have which they need to come back and correct. BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY-- AND NOW, THEY ARE ON TO TAKE THE MONEY OF THE NEXT UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS!\r
