Review content:
Parks has been the least professional business I have had to use. Their employees accumulate no urgency to call back their customers. I have had a leak in my ceiling for THREE weeks now. The first week parks came out ( after 3 days of initially calling) and they said the problem was that the builder did not put insulation in the plenum. Well- that ended up being incorrect. In the meantime- they told us to turn our a/c off to stop the sweating. The next week parks comes back out & says that the leak was due to a meter being set at 25 instead of 20. Well the following week centex sent out the dry wall guys to come fix the hole in our ceiling since we thought parks fixed the problem. Well- no they didn't. The dry wall guy pointed out that we still had a leak. I am infuriated by this business. Some of their employees seem to be uneducated in what they are doing. Now that the dry wall guy has left since he cannot fix our ceiling til the problem is found, I have called parks and asked for a manager and of course he is out of the office. I will not use their business in the future & I will also tell everyone I know I would recommend them using someone else. This is a lazy business who does not care about their clientele.
