I bought a house in a nieghborhood where parks heating and air did the installation all the hvac unit in all the houses. Its a saussy burbank neighborhood, who usually uses decent subcontractors from what I understand - but this time they used Parks and they screwed up everyones hvac. The unit itself is pretty decent, if its installed correctly! Lennox system and a majority of the homes have replaced them in the past 2 years! The homes are only 6 years old and the systems started failing 2 years ago. Ridiculous! If you are having a hvac system installed - use someone else so that you arent screwed a few years down the road! I have no idea how thier service is - but if its anything like thier system applications - run!!
