Called them at 10 in the morning because my heating unit was was not working, and it was 20 degrees out. They had someone to my house right after lunch that day. Michael, who was the technician they sent out was extremely thorough and checked every connection to make sure that the problem, and the root causes of the problem were fixed.
The company that had been servicing the unit prior to my buying of the house (not Parks), had done a terrible job. The wiring was had been sloppily done and connections were loose and causing the unit to short out. Michael took the initiative to not only fix the bad connection on the heat pump that caused the problem, but to check the connections on the thermostat and the heating unit in my attic.
He was happy to not only explain what caused the problem but showed me the condition of the problematic connections. He proceeded to fix the wire that caused the problem as well as fixing the connections the previous company had done poorly. All of this was done at an extremely reasonable cost.
It is rare to find a company that cares enough about the quality of their service to their customers, that they put in the extra effort just to ensure that I would not have a problem in the future.
I highly recommend Parks. Reasonable cost, extremely fast response time and thorough and knowledgeable technicians who will work harder to ensure the problem is fixed properly.
