Everyone at the Salon were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on my hair and my daughter's hair. I was a little shocked at how much the color cost for my hair. But besides that, we were very pleased. We will definitely go back and recommend the Salon to others. more

Very disappointed 8/11/2011

My first visit to this salon was about a week ago. I was not impressed at all. The front desk staff was not very friendly at all. They seemed to wrapped in balancing their register so they could get off work. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment before my stylist came out to greet me. She smelled like a pack of cigarettes which was horrible due to the reason that I don't smoke and have allergies. I expected a lot more of an upscale salon for the prices that is charged at this salon. I paid $55.00 for a male cut and style that I found was not the standard that this salon promotes. They promote a gift certificate on the website for first time customers to receive a $20.00 discount at which I was told was no longer valid. I will not be visiting this salon or referring any friends to Paris Parker. more

Natalie Rocks! 8/7/2011

Natalie has been the ONLY person cutting my hard-to-cut curly hair since early 2006 and she has never let me down! I am always so happy to arrive for my appt with her magical hands and scissors, and equally happy to leave with my hair newly trimmed and under control. Natalie is always happy, always upbeat, and is an asset to the salon! See you in 6 weeks or so Natalie! more

My daughter referred me to Yvette at Aveda Lakeside Mall to do cut and color. This was my first time going to Aveda for services. I loved it.I was greeted immediately and met Yvette. She was very nice, professional and did a great with the cut and color. I had my service done yesterday and have had many compliments at work today on my hair. My experience was great and I look forward to my next trip more

I have been lucky to get very last minute appointments for services with Jessica. She made me feel very much at ease the first time I had an appoitment with her in 2009. She is funny and very professional with such a personal type of service. I will continue to refer friends to her! Thanks Jessica! My experience at Aveda was fantastic. Being a woman of color I was a little apprehensive about letting someone of a different culture do my hair. But nonetheless I still went. So as I started on my journey there I was trying to relax. My stylist, Jacqueline, and I begin talking about the products being used on my hair and such. From start to finish I had such a wonderful experience. Not to mention my hair came out fabulous. To top it off, my Mom was getting her hair done as well. But unfortunately, she wasn't very happy with how her hair came out. Jacqueline noticed right away and offered to touch it up for her. Thats what I call going over and beyond for your clients. Thank you Jacqueline for GREAT, GREAT, GREAT service and I wish you continued success! more

my experience on wednesday july 20th 7/25/2011

I had a very good experience. My colorist was amazing. I have never had someone that confident work on my hair and get it dead on! she didnt even need to check on it to see if it was working. she put on the dye. I sat while it did it's job and then she rinsed it out and it was prefect! As far as my cut thereafter I would say she did a good job too. I did want more styling to go into the finished product, however. All and all. I would say I had a very nice time! And will be back! more
