I went in for a facial and hair cut. The entire staff was extremely courteous. Paula did my facial, and it was excellent. I am especially satisfied with my hair cut. Destiny talke...

The haircut and styling of it was nothing special and kind of overpriced for the result.

When it comes to appointments and customer service at the front desk.. But I'm raiting the actual hair service. Pauline was great :) She made some suggestions to what I had in mind and I completely trusted her call. I'm glad I did. I'm one of the most picky people when it comes to my hair (since I also have a cosmetology license but I didnt tell her that!), but I'll be definitely coming back to Paris Parker (to Pauline!) because of her great color work. more

Danielle is my colorist and I just am crazy about her. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of not only what looks good on me, but what I'll like. I trust her implicitly! Additionally, she is SO enjoyable to chat with while she works! I look forward to my appointments! more

My hair dresser was Natalie. She was so great! As soon as a I walked in, I was offered tea and water, whic was so nice. Everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend this place! more

OUr third visit to the salon, 2 hair appts for my daughter and a mani/pedi for me. Everyone was friendly, seemed to recognize us, and we had a great time. Bethany related beautifully to my 16 year old daughter. Thanks!! more

Disappointed-Needs more education 6/22/2011

I went in a few weeks ago to buy the Tourmaline charged radiance fluid and they told it was discontinued. I went into another Aveda store in Atlanta to learn that it was not discontinued and also received emails from Aveda promoting this product. I was encouraged to buy the brightening essence which must be the discontinued item that store was trying to get rid of because I can't even find this product on the Aveda website. Next time I will do my research before I go into this store again. more

Service was great from the beginning to end. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. I was a walk-in. Jessica was a great aesthecisian. It was sooooo relaxing and soothing. My skin looks great! I scheduled another appointment on the spot. more

Gina did a great job with my color. This was my first time there and I was impressed. The salon was very relaxing not snobby and uptight like other salons. Gina has a great personality and it was very easy to talk with her. She listened and did not push me to do anything I did not want to do. I would recommend Gina and this salon to family and friends. more

Gina is an awesome colorist! 6/16/2011

Gina did exactly what I asked to my hair. I brought in a picture and she was excited to try out the color. I even got my bangs trimmed by a stylist there when Gina finished my hair. Everyone there is very pleasant and they all help each other which I thought was nice and made the environment enjoyable. more
