Everyone was supper friendly and all my service appointments were on time if not earlier. Would definitely come again. Had color and cut for long curly hair. Highly recommend Rebecca for curly hair stylist. more

Great cut, a little rushed 10/9/2011

I like the way my hair cut turned out for the most part, but I guess I feel like if I am going to spend $45 for a haircut then I should get a little pampered. Not that anyone was rude to me at all, they just didn't go out of the way to make me feel like it was worth it to spend the money at their location. more

It was quite busy but the young lady working was able to expedite everyone well. She also managed to make time to recommend a different conditioner based on my shampoo purchase. I can't wait to try it. It always smells so good on this store. I'll be back next month for a refill. more

I asked the stylist if she had experience with African American hair. She said yes. I left from there nearly in tears. My hair was very itchy due to her not doing a good job shampooing, and I had an afro because she didn't know how to properly stlyle it. I will never return, nor would I recommend this salon to friensl more

Major Color change and cut 9/25/2011

Heather and Bethany are so wonderful. I can always count on them to do a fabulous job and to give me honest, practical advice. I came in to go from the very light blonde to a nice warm, light brown, and I got exactly what I was looking for. Heather took quite a bit of extra time to make sure my color was perfect. I appreciate all the extra effort. Bethany gave me a wonderful, perfect cut, as usual. I enjoy her gentle touch and great attention to detail. My team is the best! I am so happy to have found them. Being a super light color naturally will mean more frequent visits to the salon to keep up my new look, but I look forward to each experience like visiting old friends. It is well worth the investment to have such expert services. more

Great hair and professional service 9/21/2011

My hair looks great and the colorist (Jennifer) and stylist (Rachel) were very professional. I have been trying to find a stylist/colorist that I like for almost 2 years and I was very happy to finally have a good experience. I love the color and the cut. I tried 3 pretty expensive salons over the past 18 months after moving here and I constantly found myself "re-doing" my hair after I got home even though I had just paid for a professional style. I was also never satisfied with my haircut. I was also frustrated by the lack of professionalism at these others salons. In one case, I was handed a towel and a bottle of color remover and sent to the mirror by the shampoo person to clean up the color that the stylist had dripped all over my face. It was very frustrating, especially since I paid around $150 for the color alone. So I was very happy to finally leave a salon with my hair looking great and not feeling like I just overpaid for terrible service. I will definitely go back and I hope that I will continue to have positive experiences. more
