My experience at Aveda was fantastic. Being a woman of color I was a little apprehensive about letting someone of a different culture do my hair. But nonetheless I still went. So as I started on my journey there I was trying to relax. My stylist, Jacqueline, and I begin talking about the products being used on my hair and such. From start to finish I had such a wonderful experience. Not to mention my hair came out fabulous. To top it off, my Mom was getting her hair done as well. But unfortunately, she wasn't very happy with how her hair came out. Jacqueline noticed right away and offered to touch it up for her. Thats what I call going over and beyond for your clients.
