Review content:
My hair looks great and the colorist (Jennifer) and stylist (Rachel) were very professional. I have been trying to find a stylist/colorist that I like for almost 2 years and I was very happy to finally have a good experience. I love the color and the cut. I tried 3 pretty expensive salons over the past 18 months after moving here and I constantly found myself "re-doing" my hair after I got home even though I had just paid for a professional style. I was also never satisfied with my haircut. I was also frustrated by the lack of professionalism at these others salons. In one case, I was handed a towel and a bottle of color remover and sent to the mirror by the shampoo person to clean up the color that the stylist had dripped all over my face. It was very frustrating, especially since I paid around $150 for the color alone. So I was very happy to finally leave a salon with my hair looking great and not feeling like I just overpaid for terrible service. I will definitely go back and I hope that I will continue to have positive experiences.
