They treat you great here; first you soak your feet in hot water, then you get your massage, then you get to take a refreshing steam shower afterwards. Definitely my go to place for massages now on. more

I received a donation package for, gift package, nails, hair style, make-up and chair massage. Service was great until my last service, which put a damper on my whole experience. From the introduction and throughout my 15min chair massage; I felt as if my lady was in a hurry and bothered by having to give a chair massage vs a table massage. Why I would go back and still IMPRESSED by was the young lady who styled my hair and did my make-up. She was very engaging and you could tell she "loved" her job. She was observant because she notice my massage was scheduled an hour after my services with her so she went out of her way to make arrangements to have my massage scheduled earlier. Great customer service!!! more

I was very disappointed during my experience at Par Exsalonce. I am not a frequent customer, but come about 2-3 times/year. My mom and I came together, as this was my Christmas present to her. We arrived a 1/2-hour prior to our appointments, as suggested when I scheduled. We waited about 10 mins. They called for my mother and another customer and took them back to the locker rooms. I thought it was strange that they didn't take us back together since our appointments were at the same time. I waited an additional 15 mins and was taken back to the locker rooms. I was handed a robe that was about 5 sizes too big and told "it will have to do, it's the only clean one we have". I was taken for the foot soak, but the massage therapist was ready and told me that she didn't have time to wait as she has another customer scheduled after me. The massage was fine. After the massage, she went to turn on the shower, however the showers were full. She had me wait in the foot soak room. After 15 mins of waiting, I was taken to the shower. I waited for the steam. As I was finishing, the steam finally turned on. I was very disappointed by my experience. It was not the relaxing afternoon that I was hoping for. It seems that Par Exsalonce has chosen quantity of customers over quality. I don't think that I'll be back. more

I truly love your spa. My gift certificate from my kids is by far my best gift. The service I receive have always been excellent. Thank you for helping me start my new year off on the right foot. more

I WISH THE LADIES WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD TAKE YOUR COAT OR AT LEAST ASK TO TAKE IT AND HANG IT UP FOR YOU. THE HEAD MASSAGE IS NOT INTENSE ENOUGH OR AS RELAXING AS IT COULD BE. MORE PRESSURE WOULD DEFINITELY HELP. more

Loved the massage, the facial was to die for, and the pedi was great. My negative complaints would have to be the "relaxation room" was too noisy (mostly from staff in and out of the massage room and going down the halls visiting), the silk vines were filthy, light bulbs were missing, and the pedi chairs had lots of wear and needed to be recovered. The services were a 5, but the atmosphere was a 2. more

Although my foot soak was cut short because they were running late (?) the massage was fantastic. And the steam shower just added to the whole experience. One note: I did bring in two cans of vegetables but neglected to ask for my "free" hand cream, nor was it offered. Too late now. Oh well. All in all a wonderful salon with expert staff. more

The facial was wonderful...the front desk is completely incompetent. They took three of us back and gave us lockers right next to each other in a corner. Hint: spread us out so we can get to our lockers instead of having to crawl over or wait on each other to get out of the way. I wear a size 6 and they gave me an XL robe...When I tried to check out the girl had no clue what she was doing. I had received a gift card with two services and she said I only had one. She had a product for me that was recommended by the technician...I asked her how much it was and she had no idea and no clue how to find out. I wanted to reschedule and she had no idea how to do that and was going to let me leave without the new appointment. Needless to say, people were behind me waiting...Seriously? Front desk is important! Get some people up there with a clue!! more

My daughter and I had a great experience for our facials. Firoozeh is the BEST esthetician...always a wonderful experience. Mina was great for my daughter, too. The only complaint is, that when we went to the locker room, the attendant put three of us with lockers close and we were very crowded when getting ready (what's that about with all the other empty lockers?) All in all, a very relaxing experience!! more

Par exsalonce provides me with the perfect spa treatments every time. Staff is professional and provides a treatment for the whole self, mind and body, and this is a service you can't get everywhere! Can't sing it's praises enough! more

I do not do regular massages, but have had several and thought this experience was great! I loved the 10-15 minute relaxation/foot soak that occurs prior to the massage. I had a hot stone massage and thought this was also amazing. thanks for a gaareat time. I'll be back! more

After more than a year and a half of looking for a salon/stylist, I have finally found a place I love. Heidi has given me truly great hair cuts; she listens carefully and helps me figure out how to get my hair how I want it to be. She has great suggestions, and I love that she starts out the cut with a scalp massage. So relaxing! And: AFFORDABLE. Hurray! more

Not happy with the Brass color highlights I received from here. And who uses toner anymore? I thought only inexperienced colorist used toner to correct their mistakes. I hate the stuff. I went in for natural looking highlights and will now have a severe growth line. Just can't believe I spent good money on a choppy dye job. more
