Not happy with the Brass color highlights I received from here. And who uses toner anymore? I thought only inexperienced colorist used toner to correct their mistakes. I hate the stuff. I went in for natural looking highlights and will now have a severe growth line. Just can't believe I spent good money on a choppy dye job.
