Great salon/staff needs training on how to act like it 1/20/2012

I have been going to Par Exsalonce for over ten years, and the one change I have noticed is that the staff now are more curt, and not as accommodating as they once were. I get more receptive friendly treatment at Best cuts. They also are not as upbeat and happy. I do not believe they want to be there more

Eyebrow Wax 1/19/2012

Wedding Hair Trial 1/16/2012

Abby did a hair trial for me this past Saturday for my wedding, and the outcome was amazing. I brought a few photos and we discussed some ideas. She then went to work and meticulously created a masterpiece. She is so thorough and so conscientious about what she does, and it shows it the results. My hair is always perfect. more

Brow waxing 1/16/2012

I have been coming to the salon for a few years now and mostly to get my brows waxed. Nina is who I request as she is the one who has started with me to keep my brows arched the way I like. She is very kind and does a wonderful job. I continue to come and ask for her. more

Take a Chance 1/11/2012

I went to Amanda for a new hairstyle. She has been my daughter's stylist for a long time, and I have always loved the way Amanda was able to shape her hairstyle in a way that flattered her face. She was able to the same for my 58 yr old face! more

Too many reminders of appointment 1/9/2012

It has been a couple months now since I have begun receiving texts and email reminders of my appointment. I received (3) texts, (1) email and (1) voicemail at work. Yet, when it came time to advise me of a change in massage tech for my salt glow, no one could find me. How is it I received texts, yet no one could dial my cell phone to reach me the day of my appointment? All is well that ends well. When I checked in for my appointment, we corrected my contact info and I had no problem changing my massage tech. Here is my contact info for good measure. Go to the day spa and relax better at night! 1/6/2012

relaxing,friendly,clean.I went by myself and enjoyed every moment,the layout was cozy,I was offered a drink of cucumber water which I have never had before,I went to the store a bought a cucumber and I've been drinking it for the last week ,very refreshing. thank you! more
