Amazing Backyard Renovation: We were very satisfied with our whole experience. We hired Palmers Lawncare to install a new paver patio and complete all of our planting, mulching and seeding needs last fall. The end result is fantastic! We love our new outdoor living space. The design that Brian came up with exceeded our expectations. It was a large patio project that included a new paver patio along with a retaining wall. All aspects of the project came out great.\r \r Brian was a pleasure to work with and the crew got the job done in a timely manner. All of our calls were returned promptly and he was very flexible with any changes we wanted to make along the way. We plan on using Palmers Lawncare for our future landscaping needs. more

Palmer's Lawn care and snow removal service have been very dependable and we have been very happy with the timely response to our needs. We had 4 downed pine trees after hurricane Sandy and they came right out to stake and shore them up and they look great. The snow removal service the past 2 years has been a lifesaver and very reasonably priced. more

I normally do not write negative reviews, however in a time of economic downturn I would caution you from wasting your money on a poor product. I contacted Brian concerning snow removal and he was quick to respond. Seemed very polite and professional. However, once the service has started I have not had anything but problems. It has only snowed 3 times this year and I have yet to have my driveway plowed. I was told that the sidewalks would be shoveled and the walks and that the driveways would be clear by 630 am. That has not been the case. I called this past weekend and was told after being patient for 2 days that they plowed my neighbor's accidentally. I called again today at 7 am and no one responded to me until 2pm ( this is after 3 attempts). When contacted, no one could call me, it was a simple email telling me that the issue will be resolved in 5 days. In the mean time, my neighbors have had their driveways plowed and sidewalks shoveled at least 3 times in this period by Shonohu more

Brian and his crews did an awesome job on our property this fall. Brian took the time to do many revisions to our design and listened to what we wanted. It has taken us a while to find the right company some companys are too large and do not seem to care. We are greatful for the time they took and will continue to use them in the future. more

We hired Palmer's the fall prior to our daughter's June 2009 wedding at our home, to repair some areas of our lawn and plant grass where we had torn down a pool. After many calls and several weeks of perfect weather had passed , Brian left messages assuring us he would get it done before it was too late to plant. The crew showed up late one afternoon, patched a few of the smaller areas and never showed or called again. They also left a huge mess of mud on our driveway and sidewalks that had to be scraped and hosed for hours. In the Spring, we ended up having to replant everything that they hastily planted and replace the clay that they brought in as topsoil. Brian never called to offer an explanation, just left us hanging. We didn't need the added stress of trying to get grass planted and growing 2 months before a wedding, which is why we planned ahead. Palmer's failed horribly. Cons: zero communication more
