I normally do not write negative reviews, however in a time of economic downturn I would caution you from wasting your money on a poor product. I contacted Brian concerning snow removal and he was quick to respond. Seemed very polite and professional. However, once the service has started I have not had anything but problems. It has only snowed 3 times this year and I have yet to have my driveway plowed. I was told that the sidewalks would be shoveled and the walks and that the driveways would be clear by 630 am. That has not been the case. I called this past weekend and was told after being patient for 2 days that they plowed my neighbor's accidentally. I called again today at 7 am and no one responded to me until 2pm ( this is after 3 attempts). When contacted, no one could call me, it was a simple email telling me that the issue will be resolved in 5 days. In the mean time, my neighbors have had their driveways plowed and sidewalks shoveled at least 3 times in this period by Shonohut Landscaping. Don't waste your money as it is ok for them to break contracts but they won't refund your money when they are in the wrong.
