Review content:
We hired Palmer's the fall prior to our daughter's June 2009 wedding at our home, to repair some areas of our lawn and plant grass where we had torn down a pool. After many calls and several weeks of perfect weather had passed , Brian left messages assuring us he would get it done before it was too late to plant. The crew showed up late one afternoon, patched a few of the smaller areas and never showed or called again. They also left a huge mess of mud on our driveway and sidewalks that had to be scraped and hosed for hours. In the Spring, we ended up having to replant everything that they hastily planted and replace the clay that they brought in as topsoil. Brian never called to offer an explanation, just left us hanging. We didn't need the added stress of trying to get grass planted and growing 2 months before a wedding, which is why we planned ahead. Palmer's failed horribly. Cons: zero communication
