Great Installation 4/30/2010

Our new Lennox heater from Pacific Aire is great. It was installled in a very professional manner ( by James and Jose ). Everybody at Pacific Aire was pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. The installation was done during a sunny day and the attic was hot?the crew never complained and went on about their business. All I could do is kept the ice tea flowing ? It is nice to see that there are still service oriented companies around. more

Dealing with Experts 4/23/2010

Their technicians are excellent and small enough :) to crawl in my tiny attic space.The quick installation was executed without any glitches. and the crew worked hard to keep my house clean - especially during the removal of the old unit and ductwork.These guys are experts. I should have known, as the initial consultation was more of an analysis rather then trying to upsell me. Thank you for all your help. more

I wanted to thank Pacific Aire for a very professional job they did recently. I was due for my annual insopection and they fixed the airflow throughout the house so it is even. Going that extra mile ! 4/15/2010

We had been struggling for a long time to spend the money on a new heating system, as well as, brand new ducts. Right from the start the interactions we experienced with the service technicians we excellent. Their subject matter expertise and professionalism made us feel very comfortable. The technicians explained very well what they were doing and during disassembly of our old furnace and installation of the new equipment co service and going that ?extra mile? that makes me recommend Pacific Aire to my friends. Reliable Professionals 4/13/2010

Pacific Aire installed a new heating system in our rental unit.??This has been a very positive experience.??From the sales staff to the technicians that installed the unit and ductwork, it was a professional job and I had no concerns about it being done right. The installation was scheduled promply after signing contracts and the crew was punctual on installation day.??The crew respected our space by covering everything and cleaning up after themselves. Job Well Done ! 4/12/2010

My annual inspection of our heating system revealed un-even flow of air in several zones. The professional services staff explained to us the process of fixing that issue. They fit us in on short notice and adjusted our dampers to provide even flow. They also fixed a faulty part before it became a safety hazard. I trust their honesty and professionalism. Great job. Right from the start I was impressed with the professionalism and the patience the team had to explain what I needed to do in order to replace my heating system. Kevin?s presentation answered all my questions and educated me on my options. The interactions we experienced with the service technicians we excellent. Local and Family Owned Pacific Aire 3/1/2010

Pacific Aire is a great example of a local, family owned business. They did a great job because of this. I mean, its almost like they had to. They've been here in the area forever and they probably know that if they mess up you'll see the owners at the supermarket checkout stand and give them an ear-full! Highly recommended. more

Wonderful Company! 2/11/2010

I am extremely happy with my new heater Pacific Aire. From the call center to the installation guys, everyone was great. Greg showed me all of my options and how I could save money on an efficient system. I filled out my paperwork this afternoon to get my gas rebate and I qualify for a tax credit too! My family is happy and warm during these cold winter days. A truly wonderful job! more

Pacific Aire 2/2/2010

Pacific Aire just came out to service my old heater. I usually dont write reviews online but I have to let everyone know what a great job the technician did. He arrived on time, completed the job in just under an hour and walked me through every step of the process. He made a couple of recommendations because the heater is 20 years old, but I didnt feel pressured. Its rare to find quality people who keep their word these days. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and will continue to trust in Pacific Aire. more

Poor Workmanship 9/25/2009

I purchased a new air conditioner/furnace and duct work from Pacific Aire over a year ago. I have had poor air quality resulting in dirt throughout my home for over a year. Pacific Aire was unable to diagnose or correct the problem. Cons: poor air quality, not willing to stand by their guarantee more

Pacific Aire, Inc.- Would probably call again 8/27/2009

The call center personnel were exceptionally friendly and professional. I thought the price was fair, but the payment formula was a bit hard for me to understand. The tech was very well mannered, but seemed a bit uncomfortbale and his "spiel" almost sounded scripted. I didn't like that because it felt like I was being talked into something I may not have needed. Also, I went on the web site and noticed that there aren't very many employees with this company who have been here very long. That makes me a bit concerned about the experience level of the techs. I would probably call this company again even though I didn't join their membership program. Read the fine print on that. more

Great company with great people 7/2/2009

I love the fact that I didn't have to wait on hold forever to speak to an actual person. When I did, she was nice & friendly. The tech that came out was clean & knew what he was doing. My husband wasn't home but I felt completely at ease with the tech. He explained things in terms that I understood. He recommended some repairs but was not pushy. We don't have the finances to do anything right now but we will definitely use Pacific Aire when we're ready. more

Fast and Friendly 6/23/2009

Great, Fast and Friendly Service, My air conditioner wasnt working so I called pacific aire, the girl who took my phone call was very friendly and they were able to get a technician out there the same day. The service guy who showed up was very knowledgeable and well groomed and walked me through what he was doing. I was completely at ease. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. more

Great people at your home 5/4/2009

I'm not sure if I would use Pacific Aire again. The tech that showed up was very professional and respectful and knowledgable. When I had to call repeatedly though- didn't seem like they knew what was going on. Wanted to give props to the young man, but I didn't know how to approach that with the company. more
