Pacific Aire just came out to service my old heater. I usually dont write reviews online but I have to let everyone know what a great job the technician did. He arrived on time, completed the job in just under an hour and walked me through every step of the process. He made a couple of recommendations because the heater is 20 years old, but I didnt feel pressured. Its rare to find quality people who keep their word these days. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and will continue to trust in Pacific Aire.
