The call center personnel were exceptionally friendly and professional. I thought the price was fair, but the payment formula was a bit hard for me to understand. The tech was very well mannered, but seemed a bit uncomfortbale and his "spiel" almost sounded scripted. I didn't like that because it felt like I was being talked into something I may not have needed. Also, I went on the web site and noticed that there aren't very many employees with this company who have been here very long. That makes me a bit concerned about the experience level of the techs. I would probably call this company again even though I didn't join their membership program. Read the fine print on that.
