Review content:
I love the fact that I didn't have to wait on hold forever to speak to an actual person. When I did, she was nice & friendly. The tech that came out was clean & knew what he was doing. My husband wasn't home but I felt completely at ease with the tech. He explained things in terms that I understood. He recommended some repairs but was not pushy. We don't have the finances to do anything right now but we will definitely use Pacific Aire when we're ready.
