They did whatever they could to save me money by suggesting It would be cheaper if I got the part I needed and they just put it on. Vince showed me what was wrong instead of just telling me. Would definitely recommend! more

Fast, convenient, and honest. 8/20/2015

I brought my car in for a routine tire rotation and the mechanic found a leak in the radiator when he put the car on the rack. They replaced the radiator and even gave me a ride home so we could leave the car overnight. The car was ready the next day. Thanks! more

AWESOME SERVICE AGAIN! 7/19/2015

My rare classic Italian care, Lancia Scorpion, needed an alignment but the specs don't exist in any alignment machines. Open Road was willing to enter each spec manually and did everything they could to make it right. Extremely friendly service and great quality work. That is the reason I would drive across town to have them work on all my cars - this is my go-to trusted shop! more

Keeps Getting Better. 6/18/2015

Had a mis-printed grocery store coupon for an alignment (promo ended &should not have been renewed by store)-they honored it. Advised me that newer tires had not been mounted to Bridestone Tires specs, (3 were put in backwards) told me to go back to installer, but I just had them do it and charge me. They even gave me a deal on tire rotation. Never any sales pressure. Top notch work and speedy service. HIGHLY recommend this company - they are Ethical!!! more

Refilled 2003 Impala with freon,found freon leak and tracked down a short in a.c.in my daughters car. Fixed car within an hour, now she is blowing snowballs again . another customer added to the Open Road family. more

Needed to have alignment done and they told me right away that my worn out tirods were the major issue - they replaced the tirods and car is driving better than ever in 10 years! Love this honest shop and reasonable cost - Open Road will be my first choice every time !!! more
