Honest people and when they give u a time frame of when the work will be done they make sure that it is. I priced around before I took my truck to them and they were by far the best rate and they back their work. This will be the only place I take my vehicles from now on. more

Awesome! 2/8/2014

I love Open Road! I always have such a great experience every time I bring my car in. Everyone is very friendly and no one has ever tried to tell me I need something that I really don't need. As a woman, I have never felt comfortable having to take care of issues with my car and I've been taken advantage of at more than one garage. I can tell you about the atomic structure of a diamond, but I don't know the first thing about cars. I'm so grateful that I finally found a place I can trust. Thank you Open Road!!! more

I have to start by saying Raven is wonderful. She continued to answer my concerns via email without irritation, and in person, was knowledgeable and helped explain things to me. I need that information to feel like I'm informed about my old car, and not throwing money at it. The mechanic bothered to show me my worn tire so I could actually see what the problem was. And my first visit with them, there was a rose left on my driver's seat. I never like going to get my car worked on, but they make it okay. more

A/C Issue 10/31/2013

Thought I had an A/C problem they were able to check the system out, and found no issues. They looked at my vehicle within 5 minutes of my arrival. They were also at the time trying to help a young couple with two children get there car inspected that had some issues. Second time I've been there and both times I've been more than satisfied. more

Trustworthy diagnostics 10/11/2013

I had taken my truck to other mechanics to diagnose the problem with my truck, I had three different opinions which I knew were incorrect. I finally took it to Complete, and they explained and showed me exactly what was wrong before I left. By that afternoon my truck was ready ,no more problems with it. Thanks more

Outstanding Customer Service 10/1/2013

I brought my car to them for a brake job. I knew it was not going to be cheap. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me EXACTLY what the brake problem was. They fixed the brakes, replaced the rotors and even lubed an annoying pad. When I got the bill, Raven noticed I had an ACC card. I got an unexpected discount! I am very please with them and "I shall return." more
