Had a mis-printed grocery store coupon for an alignment (promo ended &should not have been renewed by store)-they honored it. Advised me that newer tires had not been mounted to Bridestone Tires specs, (3 were put in backwards) told me to go back to installer, but I just had them do it and charge me. They even gave me a deal on tire rotation. Never any sales pressure. Top notch work and speedy service. HIGHLY recommend this company - they are Ethical!!!
