it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing! However, this is probably the best office I have seen. After almost 40 years with the same practice - I decided to move closer to home. It was the right decision! more

Everyone here is always so friendly and bubbly! I Have never liked going to the Dentist before; but Dr. Lewcock and EVERYONE there makes the visit enjoyable, I look forward to seeing them at every visit. Dr. Lewcock himself has an amazing bed side manner; this is the reason I came back after the first visit. I am 34 years old and still hadn't found a Dentist that I trusted, liked, or did a good job on my teeth. Dr. Lewcock is all of this and more. He makes you feel at ease and doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want to do, he simply suggests what would be in your best intrest. Thank you everyone for all that you do! more

Poor service, poor office policy 9/27/2011

Office refused to be flexible when i was going to be about 10 minutes late. Office policy preferred to have me wait 40 minutes to see if the 3:50pm appt showed up rather than service my son (even though the receptionist told me they had been unable to confirm appt after numerous tries), albeit a little late. Wouldn't you rather have a warm body in the dental chair or in the lobby? It was unfortunate that the office refused service since I had already changed the appt per your request, an appoint that I had made 6 months previously and had planned on! but you did not reciprocate with flexibility. Too bad you just lost yourself 3 patients! more
