it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Receptionist is not considerate and made the cancellation process uncomfortable. Told me she could reschedule and it was gonna be a few months. Then told me she was gonna charge me a $75 fee. WOW!!! NEVER WILL GO BACK! more

My first and second visit to this dentist were extremely nice. The staff is wonderful. Dr.Zavala is very kind and gentle, he gives the best shots I have ever received ! Didn't feel a thing. I'm very afraid of dentists but everyone there put me at ease. I'm very happy to have found this place. more

Great staff, impressive technology 11/15/2011

I have been going to OSD for about a year now--nothing major, just a few fillings and routine cleanings. The service is great, the equipment all looks cutting edge, they communicate well and appointments are usually on time. My hygienist did a good job with my cleanings yesterday and I'm happy overall. There was a little snafu with my insurance and I had to pay $100 more than expected, but I realize the payment coordinator has to approximate and sometimes those things happen. more

Dr. Zavala and his staff are wonderful! 11/9/2011

My daughter and I have been going to Old Settlers Dental now for over four years and every time we visit our experience is the same. The environment is relaxing, the staff is professional and personable and Dr. Zavala is always friendly and honest, he shows sincere interest in our care. Deanna is our Dental Hygenist, and we can't say enough about her, she's incredible to say the least. more

appointment review 11/2/2011

Showed on time and filled out slip. Asked to complete paperwork on medical history. New. Didn't know why. Asked to pay first. Again, new. Seemed expensive but told it was time for annual evaluation. Went back to waiting. Finally got escorted to chair about 15 minutes late. Told they had emergencies to contend with. XRays taken. Cleaning went very well. Complete and painless. Felt good. Doctor stopped by, asked cleaner about progress, looked into my mouth and left. Seemed a little expensive for the small amount done just to call it an "evaluation." However, what do I know about dental costs? more
