Always a pleasant, comfortable experience. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxing, even calming. The environment is clean and modern but without a hospital-sterile feeling; more like a quiet office setting. Personnel aren't running here and there, there's no unnecessary noise; this is not your typical dental care facility. Soft lighting, extremely comfortable dental 'loungers'(with built-in massager), fully carpeted rooms, tasteful, muted colors; clearly, someone put forth a great deal of thought and effort in providing an experience diametrically opposed to norm. The staff are friendly, caring, efficient, and highly skilled. Appointments begin and end on time. Perhaps more surprising is that pricing of procedures is moderate - not the cheapest but not anywhere near the most expensive and really a bargain when you consider the professionalism and atmosphere. I actually look forward to my dental appointments.
