New patient 5/29/2011

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist to establish myself with. I have to say I am sold on Old Settlers Dental! I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next day and the time wa sconvenient as well. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I was very comfortable and satisfied with my visit. Thank you to the staff! more

I have only been a patient for a short while I have realy enjoyed this new office. My last appointment I was unable to make and was very upset to find out I will be charged 75.00 for this missed visit. I do understand everyones time is very important, I had a life changing incident with my employment. My company was bought out with no warning and over the past 3 days have had another corporate office in and out of my office tearing everything apart. The appointment slipped my mind. I will take note of this and if the dental office is ever late seeing me or ever cancels an appointment I will expect to be paid 75.00 for my time also. more

Extraction & Bridge 5/27/2011

I havd been very impressed with this preactice I feel that Dr. Lewcock is doing the tests and giving me the information I need to decide the best course of action for a difficult tooth wiht lots of previous work. His entire team is plesant and helpful, but I've been particularly impressed with Doctor Lewcock himself. He explains everything he is going to do...just before doing it. I hate having someone drill, yank, grind, etc without ever lettting know what is going on. more

Needed help and was in pain... 5/26/2011

Had a crack develop in an old filling that was causing quite a lot of pain. Old Settler's dental quickly made me an appt for the following morning early, and within 2 hours had expertly taken care of the situation by prepping for a crown. All aspects of the appt were great - admitted immediately, shots were not even noticible, a lot of work was needed but was done efficiently and now my temp is sooo much more comfortable than the pain I was in yesterday! As always yesterday was a excellent visit with Dr. Zavala. He was quick to provide me with a plan for mine and my daughters dental needs and is working with us to complete the work in a very quick time period so we can go on our family vacation as planned. more

Just wanted to Thank Lashonda for getting me so quickly for an appt, I thought I would have to wait a week, Not sure of the person I checked out with but Thanks to her for be so patiently with me working on a pymt plan , Thanks to Hilda for giving comfront doing my exam with Dr. Zavala, Thank You Dr. Zavala for beinging patient while I made my decision of my choice for my exam, The experience I had at this office was wonderful as the viedo states the staff made me feel at home everyone I came in contact was so friendly did not make me feel like just another patient, Thank You all so much for my care.
