I purchased an ARE bed cover and window tint for front windows on my double cab tundra. Mike, one of the salesmen promised the new window tint would match the back windows, but it didn't. Makes me unsatisfied, but not enough to get upset, in and of itself.\r

Next, when I tested the ARE cover, I discovered that the keyless entry didn't work. They neglected to mention to me that the unit had been delivered without the correct equipment. When I complained, there reaction was ""Oh Yeah."" As in, I guess we forgot to mention your $1000 bed cover doesn't work right. Obviously I complained, and they agreed to fix it. I spent the next 2 and 1/2 months calling them trying to get the issue resolved. During that time, no one ever took the intiative to contact me, it was only through my own efforts that it was replaced.\r

Now the new cover is installed, but the installation is sloppy, with big globs of silicon caulking on the bed wall, the bed cover latch is faulty, and one corner of the bed cover trim is already peeling back.\r

I wish I had never taken my truck to these guys. Mike was nice enough, but the whole team is apparently incompetent.
