I've been here twice with problems with locks on a used cargo thing I bought for my car (not bought from here.) Both times, they looked at the problem, fixed it within about 3 minutes and didn't charge a dime. Thanks guys! When we're ready to buy a new cargo carrier, we'll shop here.
