I had received a consultation from someone else in Reston and was told the treatment would take 2 1/2 years, cost $10,000, and require that some of my teeth be extracted. Dr. Casagrande performed the treatment in 1 1/2 years, at almost half the cost, WITHOUT removing any teeth. It has been worth every penny.
