Interestingly I am from Rochester, NY...shopped around on the web and the price was unbeatable without any negotiation. Called up and spoke to David and literally had a deposit on a car I hadn't yet seen. Drove three + hours to get there and it was exactly what the ad promised, no bait and switch. Additionally financing offered through Northeast that matched first (and later exceeded, i.e. lower rate) than the rate my local credit union offered (I went locally on the financing anyway, but the effort was appreciated). At the end of the sale, after the paperwork was done, Dave sat with me for a solid twenty minutes to sync my phone w/ the Bluetooth and go over all the features (tech package ILX). Very easy to do business with, good experience, honest. Like I said I came from over 200 miles. more

The upmost worse experience of my entire life... It all started on a Monday I happen to be driving by. They had sales advertised so I called in to see how quite legit these sales were. I spoke with Daniele. She swore by the company and said she has seen many people walk out with these sale prices. So it sucked me in. Let me see how real this place is. I was concerned that my credit score would effect the sale so she had Dominic reach out to me with a phone call to discuss my credit and where I stood. He contacted me Tuesday evening and we went through that and he made it seem there would be no problems what so ever. Now Wednesday I received a phone call from a guy named mark he wanted to meet with me to appraise my trade in and talk down payments and speak figures for a monthly payment. After negotiating for 2.5 hours we finally came to a price that for us both. I signed all paper work and they congratulated me on my new purchase. So I was assuming I would be picking up the car the next day which would have been Thursday. I Waited to about 3pm Thursday to contact them and see what the hell was going on and why no one has reached out to me. So mark had the day off was the reason but none informed me of that. So I was connected with Dominic once again. Told me the bank returned my offer with a car payment 115.00 dollars more then what we originally agreed on in the buyer contract and 216.00 over the advertised sale price. I said absolutely not. He supposedly reach out to many other people now on Friday I still have no car and no progress hAs been made. He said this is due to the fact of the standing of my credit. But we did my credit on Tuesday which they were well aware what my credit was before we discussed any payment options. After a week of dealing with so many issues I've finally given up and walked away. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and you shall receive no head ache. Very stressful experience. They also offered me 2000.00 less then the Kelly blue book value for trade on my car. They will do all they can to play games with you. Do your research Nd don't let them get over on you. Beware. more

I had the pleasure of meeting John Berhaupt at Northeast Acura when I was trying to make a decision about leasing a car. I was looking at the ILX and John helped me with all my questions and spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car - all without the expected high pressure tactics that I had encountered at other dealerships! He never rushed me and I think that's one of the reasons I decided to lease from Northeast Acura. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love my ILX! more

Our first contact with NEA was when we bought a used 1985 Nissan Maxima wagon (1988), which we traded in on a 1989 Mercury Sable wagon. Our first Acura was a 1998 2.5 TL. The rest is history. We are on Acura #5 now. Our current 2012 TL (who needs an overpriced BMW, Audi, etc) and our beloved 2003 MDX (which we will probably keep forever). The reason we keep coming back to Northeast Acura is because of their excellent sales staff and service department. They are always fair, courteous and caring. They truly know how important their customers are.\r more

When we want to buy a car, we only go to Dawn at Northeast Acura. The level of service is outstanding and Dawn has always been professional in the 13 years we've been working with her, whether it was helping us lease or purchase a brand new Acura TL, MDX or RDX or buy a used Honda Civic for a third car in our family. Service department is top notch and keeps us informed as they are working on the car. Dealership is comfortable and you never feel pressured. Would highly recommend! more

Great Experience 8/7/2012

August 6, 2012\r I needed to make an emergency service visit due to a blown tire and was hoping for an immediate repair. I spoke with the Service Advisor Chris and within minutes, my car was in the shop having a new tire installed. I was in and out within an hour. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Northeast Acura and sales and service are always above average and exceed expectations. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's nice when you can report that a visit to a car dealership was a positive experience!! more

I am the happy owner of a 2002 3.2 TL that I bought in 2002 from Dawn, at Northeast Acura. Believe it or not, she is still there, which is pretty impressive both for her and the dealership. The car has only a little more than 78K miles, so I hope to continue keeping it for a lot longer. I get all my servicing done at the dealership, and everyone couldn't be nicer. They make appointments that they keep, greet you with a friendly smile, explore the nature of your problem, call you with an estimate (or you can stay in the very pleasant waiting room and enjoy coffee and snacks). The car is ready when promised and has been carefully washed beforehand. John Casey is the most amazing mechanic--he knows what he's doing, and always fixes the problem (there aren't many, or I wouldn't still have the car!). I know when I need another car, it will be an Acura and I will buy it from Northeast. more

Brought my '08 Acura TL-S to be serviced at Northeast Acura. The friendly staff quickly greeted me (rare at a dealership like this to greet someone my age, 25), started the work right away and made sure I was given a courtesy vehicle. To my surprise, my car was finished almost 2 hours before the original time of completion. A+ more

After driving a BMWX3 for many years, I found myself expecting my third child and needing that THIRD ROW! After searching for several months for a low mileage, pre-owned vehicle from Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, and Toyota, I made the decision to purchase a new 2011 Acura MDX in September 2011. Throughout my initial pre-owned search, my contact at Northeast Acura, RP, kept me informed of all available options…and was great at updating me on upcoming availability including lease turn-ins, etc. When I had trouble committing to a pre-owned option, but knew the Acura MDX was right for my family, the sales and financing team (Jason & Sean) helped immeasurably in making the “deal” as comfortable as possible; including a very generous trade in allowance and a great financing rate. Needless to say I am a very happy Northeast Acura customer and I LOVE my MDX! more

I purchased a 2012 Acura TL Advance a few weeks ago and I can't include enough glowing compliments for the ""gang"" at Northeast Acura. This is my fourth Acura, so needless to say, I'm in love with the product, but it's also the second Acura I purchased from Northeast. Although I live 70 miles away (with an Acura dealer much closer to my residence), I nevertheless chose to do business with Northeast. And not just once, but twice! Service Department or Lack of Service 4/22/2011

My car has been in three times for the same problem (it's a 2010 TSX) and Josh at Northeast Acura continues to tell me they can't figure out why my car is having the problem and that it must be something I am doing wrong. As a result, I am selling my brand new Acura and will never own another one as long as my only option to service the car is Northeast Acura. more

Excellent Car & Service 1/25/2011

I had a wonderful experience at Northeast Acura when purchasing a 2008 Acura TL. We worked with John Berhaupt and he made my purchase as easy as possible. I am a Massachusetts resident and was purchasing a car in New York- John helped to register, finance and insure the car while I was still in Massachusetts. Also, I know how much work John insisted be done on the car so that it was in the same condition as a new car when I picked it up. I have been driving my car for the past week and I could not be happier- the car looks great and has been driving beautifully! more
