Interestingly I am from Rochester, NY...shopped around on the web and the price was unbeatable without any negotiation. Called up and spoke to David and literally had a deposit on a car I hadn't yet seen. Drove three + hours to get there and it was exactly what the ad promised, no bait and switch. Additionally financing offered through Northeast that matched first (and later exceeded, i.e. lower rate) than the rate my local credit union offered (I went locally on the financing anyway, but the effort was appreciated). At the end of the sale, after the paperwork was done, Dave sat with me for a solid twenty minutes to sync my phone w/ the Bluetooth and go over all the features (tech package ILX). Very easy to do business with, good experience, honest. Like I said I came from over 200 miles.
