I needed to make an emergency service visit due to a blown tire and was hoping for an immediate repair. I spoke with the Service Advisor Chris and within minutes, my car was in the shop having a new tire installed. I was in and out within an hour. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Northeast Acura and sales and service are always above average and exceed expectations. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's nice when you can report that a visit to a car dealership was a positive experience!!
