Saved my computer! 1/10/2005

New York Computer Help recovered years of important financial information and pictures after my computer terribly crashed! Their turnaround time was within 24 hours and all of the info was recovered and backed for me. They even loaned me a laptop while they worked on my computer so I didn't lose any downtime. They complimented their great service by getting me back up and running with a new hard drive. Amazing! Ive had my fair share of techs come out to my home office, but none compare to New York Computer Help. I had several issues wireless network, e-mail, and Internet were not available or performing slowly. I called in several techs that provided a solution that would work well for about 2-3 days and then Id be at square one again. The New York Computer Help tech came over, fixed and optimized my network, and I have had no problems for months now. I am so glad I found these guys.
