How are these people still in Business? The bank choose them, yet we both paid a fee at closing. For this fee we got:\r . An incorrect address on the closing documents, New House still has not or won't correct.\r . Did not have documents ready on time... had to file extension.\r . Did not and does not respond to calls or emails.\r . Closing agent not at closing; papers brought to closing by independent contractor.\r . Both Real Estate agents did most of the work.\r . New House Title should be rated 0 stars. \r . We are in our 70's and have closed on homes 14 times. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CLOSING EVER! Cons: too many to name more

Box 25018 Tampa, Florida 33622-5018 (1-813-251-4766) hosting various attorneys-at-law Galina J. Boytchev Florida Bar No. 47008(now an attorney in Florida for a few months), Brianna Finch, Florida Bar No. 37467, (now an attorney in Florida for a few months, who have worked with a Notary Public named Jonathan Simmons (commission # DD 758390 dated to expire February 13, 2012). Please report any and/or all mishaps to a super reporter of the Tampa Tribune (if you so desire?) to Mr. Micheal Sasso @ 1-813-259-7865/msasso@tampatrib (to be followed with a dot then a word com) who expresses (in a previous newspaper article) to do a follow up article of interest about Florida Default Law Group and (atty.) This is seriously the worst title company I ever dealt with. They have caused a lot of stress for everyone and they are extremely unprofessional. I can stress it enough, go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of headache. more

Make sure you stay away from this title company. If you dont, be aware that you'll be very lucky to close at all on your house. The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, never follows up, or return calls, or emails. \r \r They dont complete the ground work up until the day of closing, and at that they wont complete the paperwork. This will cost time and money.They were recently on the newspaper for bad service. What makes you think they really care about ticking off a few customers? \r \r The previous reviews about the bad practices and mishandlings are right and very true and very accurate. Never had to work with someone as unprofessional as these people are. They changed the closing date three times, after the bank had sent them all the docs, they were still saying they were missing documents. Very, very poor customer service, never returned my phone calls and/or emails, when trying to contac them I was on hold at least 15 mins and finally when my call went trhu, I would get a voicemail. I would definetly not recommend this title company to anyone. I almost break the deal and look for another house to buy just so I wouldn have to deal with them anymore. Their staff really need a customer service training, especially Bina or Beana, whatever her name is, what a rude person. Looks like she doesn't realize that is us customers that pay her salary. I am surprised by the other 3 comments posted regarding New House Title. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received from the entire staff from start to finish with my closing. I have many friends in the industry so I know how busy they are and they still managed to return all my phone calls/e-mails and we were even able to close earlier then promised. I will definitely recommend New house title to any of my friends and will use them on my next home purchase. Pros: professionalism, knowledge, every employee had a positive attitude Cons: none more

Worst experience ever. Purchasing a house is a stressful situation and this company pushes this over the top. I had to postpone my closing multiple times because of the complete lack of coordination demonstrated by New House Title. My file had changed hands five times due to agents quitting. Multiple mistakes were made each time my file changed hands and I ended up having to seek an attorney to get items resolved. It took over a week after closing for us to move in as the title company refused to distribute funds to the appropriate people. I can?t stress this enough?. Avoid this company??.. This title company is very poorly managed. Clearly it is not staying in business much longer as employees are confused, embattled and in just a short period of time numerous employees had left the company. The level of professionalism is very low. No one returns phone calls, returns e-mails, and the most common response when you finally get an operator is that they are working on your file and will return a phone call. Unfortunately, though they do not follow up with anyone. Your bank, your estoppel reports, your HUD reports are not done properly or on time. Up to six (6) extensions over months at a time, leave you disillusioned. Why they are still licensed is a good question? Cons: Poor Service, No follow up, make false statements. more

I have been selling real estate for over 21 years and is the worst service from a title company I have ever experienced. The personnel changed on a daily basis, you cannot and could not get them on the phone, they don't return calls or emails, they make multiple mistakes on the closing statement. They do not process in a timely manner. Pick anyone to use other than this company. You will close late, with errors on the hud and your money will be not be processed in a timely manner. Pros: None known. Cons: Worst customer service and follow up I have seen in 21 years of closing properties. more
