Make sure you stay away from this title company. If you dont, be aware that you'll be very lucky to close at all on your house. The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, never follows up, or return calls, or emails. \r

They dont complete the ground work up until the day of closing, and at that they wont complete the paperwork. This will cost time and money.They were recently on the newspaper for bad service. What makes you think they really care about ticking off a few customers? \r

The previous reviews about the bad practices and mishandlings are right and very true and very accurate.
Cons: will not return calls, will not do grounwork on time. history of postponing closing dates
