Never had to work with someone as unprofessional as these people are. They changed the closing date three times, after the bank had sent them all the docs, they were still saying they were missing documents. Very, very poor customer service, never returned my phone calls and/or emails, when trying to contac them I was on hold at least 15 mins and finally when my call went trhu, I would get a voicemail. I would definetly not recommend this title company to anyone. I almost break the deal and look for another house to buy just so I wouldn have to deal with them anymore. Their staff really need a customer service training, especially Bina or Beana, whatever her name is, what a rude person. Looks like she doesn't realize that is us customers that pay her salary.
