High Cost for no solution 10/17/2021

Technician was prompt but needed to keep calling his boss for direction. Couldn't give a solution, and just wanted to keep installing and charging for different parts until the problem was solved. Spent 350 for a part that was about 20 dollars. Told the tech to pack it up after he wanted to install another part for 850 dollars. Don't waste your time calling this company. You would think they would call back and ask how the service was, but guess they already knew what my answer would be. Should be arrested for robbery. more

Repair air conditioner 5/23/2021

We have had New Age since the late 90's. This Co. has always been there for us when we call. When we tryed to start our air conconditioner it wouldn't start. We called New New Age Tim Shelly was here in less than an hour. I feel Mr. Shelly really knows his stuff. He found a mouse had chewed a wire and with in minutes had it repaired .Thank you New Age Air and Mr. Shelly you people are the best. more

Matt is our new favorite guy! 4/29/2021

When we need to "call the guy" to solve our heating and hot water problem we call Matt. He fixed our issue in a timely and efficient manner. He kept us in the loop so there was no mystery about the repair and I was informed of the price before work started. Very Satisfied. Alex more
