Tim has been to our house before and is a very professional tech, is good with our over friendly dogs and is extremely personable and knowledgeable...Brittany has always responded back to us in a very timely manner and is very helpful and also very warm and user friendly . more

We had a break down with our system, so I had to call New Age Air. It was late at night so we got scheduled for first thing the next morning. Steven showed up before 8 AM and got to work. He found out our problem and was able to call a near by parts company to get the parts he needed. He replaced the parts and our air was working again, in plenty of time for the warmer temperatures that day. Steven took the time to explain to me what went wrong and what needed fixed to have our ac working again. Steven explained it in a way I understood what he was saying. I highly recommend new age air to anyone!!! more

Nice people, but expensive 6/27/2018

My experience with New Age was both good and frustrating. The good part was they were professional and prompt. My issue appears to be resolved. Both the customer service representative and the field technician were very good. I'd give them both high ratings. The reason my overall rating is low is because of the price they charged. It cost $370 for less than an hour of work and the materials used look like the cost about $50. That's where my frustration comes from. more

Disappointed 6/14/2018

Technician was late for appointment. Did not notify that he would be late. Did not seem to know very much about system. Did not have proper tools and needed to come back. Was on the phone with supervisor asking questions about system. Requested manuals on both units. No invoice received with services rendered on units. Office staff was good when I schedule appointment. more

The New Age Service Team of Tim and Brittany are excellent! Brittany got my spring maintenance scheduled and all worked was performed on time by Tim an awesome and professional technician. Tim explained how the system was performing and made recommendations how to keeping in top shape. NAA is a top notch organization that’s easy to work with and stays ahead of curve with their training and the technology they offer. Thank you for another job well done! Disappointed! 5/22/2018

No problem with team members but very disappointed in company after doing business with them for 17 years. Annual A/C check-up work and price completely changed from past years. The $89 special is very misleading. In the past, both outdoor units and indoor units were checked and cleaned for $129, except for one year that they charged me for two units. Have all invoices to prove price difference. Will not use them again. more

Spring HVAC Service 4/14/2018

Brittany was great in scheduling appointment & following up on date and time. Steve was professional and thorough. Checked indoor and outdoor units as well as associated equipment. Even checked smoke and carbon dioxide devices. Neat and clean. more
