Technician was prompt but needed to keep calling his boss for direction. Couldn't give a solution, and just wanted to keep installing and charging for different parts until the problem was solved. Spent 350 for a part that was about 20 dollars. Told the tech to pack it up after he wanted to install another part for 850 dollars. Don't waste your time calling this company. You would think they would call back and ask how the service was, but guess they already knew what my answer would be. Should be arrested for robbery.
