Service in Harleysville PA 12/20/2019

Bought and annual contract after Service call on unit in September 2019. Set up a winter service call, semi-annual in Mid-December. Was contacted day before and 30 minutes prior to Tim's arrival. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable on Heating System. Discussed services performed today. Let me know diagnostics on the unit and shape of overall system.Very happy with this Company and looking forward to them servicing my unit for many years. more

Eliza has always been friendly & helpful; working with me to make appointments for my convenience. The service technician called to ask if I would be available earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Austin was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. He also gave me some recommendations to maintain my heating system between service appointments. more

Technicians called in advance of the appointment to give me an ETA, arrived when they said they would, were friendly and respectful of my home, did a thorough tune-up on my furnace, gave me very knowledgeable explanations, and patiently answered all my questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! more

Service Call 7/8/2019

Matt was out today to install some foam plugs in some of the ceiling and floor vents to assist in moving more air to the upper floor. Matt also suggested trying to leave the Heater/AC fan motor on all the time to continually move air around and help aide in the cooling process. We really appreciate Matt and his service team as they continually provide the best care and service for us for the past 18 years. more

Leaking air conditioner not fixed 6/29/2019

Technician was very nice and cordial. I like the fact they send a pic of the tech before he arrives so you who is coming but unfortunately he was not able to resolve the issue. He came came to my house two times, both times I had to pay for the service BUT the problem with my air conditioner leaking has not been resolved. Will I call them back again, NO. Obviously don't know how to repair the problem. I'll need to call someone else. I can't continue to pay them to guess on how to resolve. Sorry I am not satisfied with their services. more

AC Tune up 5/26/2019

Tim arrived promptly, and he did a great job. He assessed our AC and then made recommendations. He started our AC and it has been working well since his visit. He was very pleasant and neat. Brittany was very kind and helpful on the phone. She was very patient with scheduling our service. We currently have a very crazy schedule at home. more

Warranty Service for Carrier Central Air 5/24/2019

Brittany scheduled the service at a time convenient for us. When Tim arrived, he found the problem within minutes, had the required part on the truck, and made the repair in short order. It's been a few days now and we are still cool and happy. more
