Hvac Spring Checkup 4/8/2018

Visit went very well from beginning to end. Steve arrived as stated, was courteous, respected our property(booties), answered all our questions and checked our carbon monoxide meter. We felt he did a thorough job in checking the HVAC system. more

Water Heater Repair 3/16/2018

Thank you New Age Air for making a same day repair of our water heater. We have been happy service contract holders for years with AC and Heater preventive maintenance. 5 star company 2/28/2018

My heater was acting up so I called a co. out of the phone book. The tech came out with no testing equipment. Within 20 minutes he was telling me I needed a new $4,200.00 heater. I was very upset. Thankfully I said I would think about it. Next day I called New Age. The tech arrived & diagnosed the problem. He said I needed a small part & the bill would be a little over $200.00. What a joy to find an honest co. like new age. Not only did I get my heater fixed, I signed up for a yearly service contract to have them come out 2x a year to check & clean my unit. I am so glad to find an honest co. that cares about their clients. The techs that they sent out were very nice clean & respectful THANK YOU NEW AGE more

5 stars and LOVELY SERVICE 9/16/2017

Truly an amazing company. The office is nice, and everyone is very helpful. The people are friendly, but it's chaos, sometimes people seem very stressed out or upset, but they make a point to make you feel like your opinion is valued. Try them out, they are an amazing company with lots of character. more
