Sharon is a great broker. She worked very closely with me during every step of my refinance, was transparent and upfront on the costs (which were very reasonable), found me a great rate, and went above and beyond to work with the lender when a detail became difficult towards the end. I know other people who looked into refinancing their homes around the same time as myself, but they were scared off by very high closing costs (2-3 times my closing costs) after appealing directly to the major banks.
