My wife and I were first-time home buyers who knew very little about the mortgage process. When we first met with Sharon she helped us establish a reasonable budget, taking into account our salaries, monthly expenses, the size of the down payment we could make and the amount of financial risk we were willing to take. Having a good idea of the house that we could afford was the first step in a very positive home buying experience.
Once we settled on the house we wanted, Sharon stepped up to the plate and was able to secure the loan that best suited our needs at the lowest rate available. Other mortgage consultants that we spoke with quoted rates significantly higher than the rate that Sharon was able to negotiate.
Sharon was deft in facilitating transactions between the lender, the insurance company, the real estate agents and the various other parties that needed information from us. Our home purchase involved a very aggressive closing schedule and there is no doubt in my mind that if not for Sharon's near instantaneous reaction time over phone and email we would have had to delay our closing date.
If it is not already obvious from my above statements, I think very highly of Sharon Neider's skill and the professionalism with which she approaches her work. I would definitely work with her again and I recommend that you look no further if you are searching for the best mortgage consultant in Houston, TX!
