We had the good fortune of selecting Nieder mortgage. Sharon went way above and beyond the call of duty. We were trying to close on a new house with a new baby looming any day. She pulled out all of the stops and made sure we not only got the best rates but also managed to get us funded in plenty of time to move before the baby came. If it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we would still be at square one waiting on the banks to fund. She was incredibly professional and ensured we were informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Nieder Mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage broker. Sharon is highly professional and a true exception in the market today!\r
