You spend weeks, months or even years searching for a home. Then, you walk into one and know it's ""the one."" Immediately, you are overcome by joy and begin envisioning how you will decorate it, entertain your friends there and maybe even start a family in this very house. The memories are there before you even get moved in. Following the immediate joy, and knowing the circumstances of todays turbulent economy, you start getting a bit anxious and maybe even nervous. You start asking if you can afford this new haven. ""Will my credit get me the interest rate I need to afford this house?"" ""Can I get a fixed rate?"" ""What financial institution will back me up so I can fulfill my dreams of being a homeowner?"" \r

I know this story all too well as my fiance and I have been on the hunt for quite some time. And on september 30, 2011, we closed on a new home. Had it not been for the help of Sharon Neider of Neider Mortgage, my anxiety would have gotten the best of me. However, Sharon was able to hold our my hand and guide me through the financial maze. She took a proactive approach and kept me informed of the hurdles and obstacles before they occurred. When a situation needed immediate attention, she was on it. I couldn't imagine going through this process with out her.\r
